Please double check your address when placing your order as we will charge for postage if your item is returned to us, as address incorrect or incomplete.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment (Monday-Friday) by USPS.
Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on monday. All orders are sent by tracked mail.
Please note that on bank holidays we do not ship. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then we at Haroshee will be responsible and will send either a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the buyer's preference.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item(s) has been received by us and duly inspected, you will be notified about the outcome and status of your return.
If your returns are approved, you will receive the refund within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping cost.
Please note that return shipping cost are non-refundable unless the item(s) sent were faulty/damaged in transit or the wrong item(s) were sent by mistake.
We advise that you use a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Until returned items have been received by us, you are responsible for the items if they are lost, damaged or destroyed.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Contact us if you have any questions on returning your item to us.
